Application for Storage Shed

Please submit an application to the Architectural Committee for approval of a new shed placed on your property. Storage sheds may be erected in back yards only and may not exceed the following dimensions:

Length: 10'
Width: 8'
Height: 8'

Construction:
Wood framing
Siding - wood, (i.e. T-111) or vinyl - Plywood or OSB is not acceptable
Rubbermaid sheds meeting dimension requirements must include a picture with this application
No metal buildings will be approved

Color:
Wood siding - Natural or earth tone stain or paint

You will be notified within 2 weeks after submitting your application.
